Enneagrams aren’t new, they’ve been built over generations – hundreds of years of experiments and observations have given us this system. It’s not just a way to test ones personality, it helps you identify their core patterns. Using the results from such analysis, you could motivate the people involved and modify their behavior if needed.

If you’re a coach, no matter what type of coach: Sports Coach, executive coach or just about any type of coach; you’re going to need to know how to facilitate change in people. However, it’s not easy to inculcate change in anyone – that’s human nature! However, using Enneagram Workshops you could study about changes and types of changes that would work and the pattern of change that you need to inculcate within a person for them to stick around longer.

Another important factor that you need to consider when it comes to Executive coaching is the fact that the strategies that you use on one client in a particular situation will have different results than when you use the same on another client in a similar situation.

Enneagram workshops would help you analyze such changes and hence you would be aware of all the possible outcomes. The better you understand the psychology behind a person’s behavior, the easier it would be for you to control it and inculcate a positive change – one that is permanent and works to the benefit of your client.

Learning about human nature could be studied either through psychology which basically helps you determine the negative aspects of a person. However, Enneagram Workshops would help you determine both a person’s positive traits as well as negative traits.

Executive coaching doesn’t involve focusing on the negative aspects alone; moreover you’re supposed to strengthen positive traits in an individual. Therefore, the use of psychology in training is almost negligent; however, what you learn through Enneagram workshops would be really useful when it comes to figuring out what a person is talented in – it is your duty to strengthen this trait and build confidence within the individual, that’s what executive coaches are meant for.

Once you learn the Enneagram techniques you should be able to change both the behavior of an individual and motivate them to sustain that change and improvise all their other skills at the same time. Very often we tend to coach clients who have a dual personality, using these techniques; you would be able to change them for the better. Possessing dual personalities is often a negative trait and it is best that it’s done away with.
